Great project - please talk money and money management and the obligation of boards for transparency about money - issues along these lines have been part of problems haunting Seattle GLBT orgs. - at Verbena, defunct - The Community Center, defunct - PRIDE, managed to survive, still in debt.

Activism is practical in many ways, idealism is essential but good management is just as important. Need to recognize open impeccable accounting and honesty when times are hard.
